searching forgood experience with quality moving and storage companies
Question:
We just sold our home in the Austin TX area. The buyers will take
possession in 30-45 days. We need to find a moving and storage company in
Austin to pack our household furniture, and to provide long term storage
(about a year) in Austin, Midland/Odessa, or El Paso.
Anyone have a good experience with quality moving and storage companies in
any of those areas? Not interested in horror stories, but we are interested
in those companies who have taken good care of you ....
I hope some of you full timers will be able to point us in the right
direction ...
Answer:
There is a national organization of moving companies. Be sure the one you choose is a member. I'd check with them to get some names. Get several estimates and references. There are a lot of horror stories out there.
