moving boxes, where to buy?

Where to buy strong and cheap moving boxes in Pittsburgh? Are those U-HAUL moving boxes good?
Answer:
Cheapest of all are the -free- ones that are usually available at State Liquor Stores (some actually have attached -lids-!) or just about any supermarket or discount drug chain store (Rite Aid, Phar Mor, etc.) Sometimes you need to ask for them, and it might involve them saving them for you for a few days, but the price is right, no? I'm sure they are, for the price! You must always remember the first rule of moving (and I come from several generations of "self-movers" hey pal, somebody has to -carry- that box! In other words, you should aim to have several smaller, lighter boxes rather than fewer but heavier ones. This is why the liquor-size box is just about perfect for moving smaller stuff. When you get into big bulky things, chances are they will best be handled without being boxed, like maybe wrapped in a big plastic bag or ? Indeed! And the best State Store we've ever found is the one in East Liberty by the Shakespear Giant Eagle. They always seem to have tons, or will in a day or two.
