seeking a place to live when Moving to Nashville

Question:

I'm planing to move to the Nashville area. I need information on places to live, as well as the places to stay away from (bad areas) If anyone can supply me with some ideas of apartments that are nice I would be very greatful

Answer:

_I've been recommending that people contact Paul and Galinda Bills. Paul is on AOL.
_Very few cities in this part of the country are "walking cities." West End or Downtown are the most "walking city like" places though. As far as living conditions go, you'd pay less for more if you lived somewhere like Antioch.
_How about Southaven, MS or Horn Lake, MS?
_I would suggest that you not locate in east Nashville; that's where most of the crime takes place, in the lower-cost housing developments, etc.
I second what others have suggested: Brentwood, Franklin (which is about 20 minutes from downtown), Bellevue, south Nashville in the Percy Priest area or Antioch.
Some apt. complexes that I know of in the Brentwood area that I would highly recommend:
Enclave of Brentwood Arbors of Brentwood Brentwood Oaks (I think that's the name!)
