Moving Supply

I was wondering if anyone has had experience with any of the following moving companies: Cheap Movers & Deliveries , Anthony's moving ,Hightop movers MOVING ONE , Patafies , The Cargo-Cabbie 1st rate movers , Gille's moving , Jodies moving Quality packing , Aseel Moving , Caravan Deliveries , cc Moving I'll be moving in Mid-December and I'm looking for a moving company , or a place where you can rent a cube van or truck and what the requirements are for that.

To sum it up:
- two teenagers did the move
- very slow
- damaged walls and some of my belongings
Next time around, I will not be so concerned with getting the cheapest quote (although Anthony's was not much cheaper). You get what you pay for and an extra $10-$20/hr could save you lots of headaches.
BTW... I have heard lots of good things about Checkers. Have heard good recommendations about Gilles' as well.
