Moving to Hawaii (Kauai)
Question:
Could you please give me information of a couple of transportation companies to ship from Port of L.A. to Hawaii? (Kauai) I believe i need a container for my vehicles, furniture, etc.

Aloha and Bon Voyage! Your vehicles must be shipped on Matson
Lines (it's less expensive from San Francisco) or by air which is
extremely costly. And Matson is probably the easiest for
containers, as well, since all containers from outside Hawaii go
on their ships, anyway (Inter-island is Young Brothers). For
full or partial containers (sharing with someone else) Dependable
Hawaiian Express is very good and very helpful. Both are listed
in the Los Angeles phone directories. For very fragile items,
Federal Express is hard to beat in spite of the increased cost.

Sometimes its really sad when you see a case like _thorn_. I'm not mad at
thorn any more then a doctor could be mad at a mental patient who tells them
they are part alien and therefore superior to the doctor who is just a
half-dog. Such lunacy can't carry out its intention to be interpreted as a
personal attack when it is rooted in ignorance.
"Machete-wielding-simpletons" ? You think your somehow better then they
are simply because you don't work your ass off every day for a minimal pay?
You hope these people can't support their familys, many of which have
children who are graduating high school very soon and others whose children
are still not even entering kindegarden yet. I'm guessing your the later.
1st the biggest cause of braincell loss is reading your post.
2nd if your idea of "regrouping gray matter" (as uninformed as that
statement is), is to read posts..... Maybe you just haven't been on the
internet lately, but websites are anything but contributers to strong
mental and/or rational thought forms of process.
