Are there low lost rental trucks?

Does anyone know of smaller or newer moving truck rental companies who don't charge such high rates?

I moved to VA from Chicago last year. I used a Penske truck and was very pleased with them. Once I got here, I rented a U-Haul for a day. They stank - truck was run down, service was lackluster, and they overbilled my credit card by $50.00. I checked rates from Virginia to Denver when I moved to Denver not long ago for a 14 ft. truck. It was around $1300 for a UHaul but I found a Ryder, same size, for around $900. This include a car carrier. If you inquire about a Ryder online they will then call you and you get 10% off for checking about it on the net and that is what is included above. The service is called RyderTRS. I'm not sure how to get directly to it but if you go to www.rentnet.com you probabyl will se a add to click on and this may be cheaper than UHaul.
