Moving boxes? Where?
Question:
I'm trying to find a place, locally, to buy recycled moving boxes. I'm having a hard time finding this... does anyone know where to look?

Try U-Haul, I don't know if they are recycled though
. pretty much all moving companies or storage companies sell
boxes, but all new. Some are pretty expensive too...
What about the corner store, liquor stores, grocery stores, some of the
stores in the malls, dumpster diving behind malls.
How many empty boxes do you think Safeway alone generates in one day.
Last time I needed boxes I bought from one of the mini storage places
downdown. Can't remember what the prices where.
Got kids..... take them for a night time adventure cruising back
alleys, behind malls, retail strips etc.
Virtually every store that gets products has boxes that get thrown out
in the dumpster.
Take em for a burger and drink after and let them gloat on their eagle
eyes and ability to spot potential targets while you do the driving.
not all safeways crush theirs right away.... when I moved I got a good
portion of my boxes from safeway. you just have to go in and make a
request and pick them up before 4pm the following day. I know the one in
Meadowlark and the one in Jasper Gates Sq. do this :)however lots of
people seem to be aware! first come first serve kinda basis.
liquor stores are great too usually best to stop in and see what day
they get shipments in so you can beat others too them!. The other place
i had luck was ikea. hope this helps happy moving.
